Coatings

We apply coatings that will extend the life of your industrial gas turbine or military equipment.

TBC Thermal Barrier Coatings: Primarily applied to gas turbine combustion hardware where protection from thermal shock and insulating features are required.

Tungsten & Chromium Carbide Hard Coatings: Primarily applied to wear surfaces inside the gas turbine combustion section where abrasion, particle erosion and fretting resistance is required.

Diffused Aluminide Coatings: Primarily applied to gas turbine blades and nozzle assemblies where hot corrosion and sulfidation protection is required.

Abradable Coatings: Primarily applied where minimal clearances are desirable for engine efficiency such as between rotating turbine blade tips and stationary shroud blocks.
